Braeburn Bush

Originating from New Zealand in the 1950's and remaining one of the most popular varieties still to day.  Not suited to colder areas of the UK.  The apples are handsome, light green with an all over flush that is almost crimson in full sun.  The fruits have a good crunch but are not hard.  Juicy with a good balance of sweetness and acid and a subtle hint of pear drops.
