Shipping policy

Our delivery charges do not quite cover the cost involved, which includes our packing, our labour in the packing, and our courier charges (or own transport wherever possible) which are very expensive at present, mainly due to high fuel prices and the Government imposed fuel surcharges. Unfortunately there is no alternative to this charge but we feel, and hope, that it is acceptable for the peace of mind and the convenience of having your purchase delivered directly to your door.

Currently delivery is costed in accordance to the size of your order, in terms of weight and boxes required to securely pack your trees and postcode analysis for our delivery areas.  A number of charges for certain postcodes are not available at checkout, you will need to contact Grow at Brogdale on 01795531888 to obtain cost .

Important information regarding delivery

Our  fruit trees will be dispatched by courier or on our own transport once the tree is dormant (once all leaves have dropped) to ensure that the tree is received in perfect condition.  This is weather dependant, and we will only ship once the tree is in dormancy. This is a natural process as we do not use chemicals to speed this process up. We will contact you prior to dispatch to confirm your order is on its way.

Trained Trees due to their fragile frame can not be sent by courier (although they can be packed onto a pallet) However, during the main planting season, we deliver using our own transport, so it may be possible to still have your chosen trees delivered if we are in your area.  Please do phone or email us to see if delivery can be arranged.
