  • Staff and Volunteers – Treat others with dignity and respect, challenge inappropriate behaviour, and comply with this policy.

5. Implementation

  • We will provide training and awareness for staff and volunteers.
  • Equality and diversity considerations will be embedded in our planning, recruitment, and service delivery.
  • We will regularly review policies and practices to ensure they remain inclusive.

6. Reporting Concerns

Any person who experiences or witnesses discrimination, harassment, or inequality in connection with Grow Fruit Trees can raise their concern confidentially. Complaints will be taken seriously, investigated promptly, and resolved fairly.

7. Monitoring and Review

  • We will monitor equality and diversity in our workforce, volunteers, and participants.
