Tree Failure Policy

At Grow Fruit Trees, we take pride in the quality of the trees we supply. In the event that a tree fails to thrive or dies within the first 12 months of purchase, we offer a replacement service under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • The tree must have been purchased from Grow Fruit Trees within the previous 12 months.
  • Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or evidence of payment. Grow Fruit Trees should also be able to confirm the order.

2. Reporting a Problem

  • Customers must contact us as soon as the issue is noticed.
  • Photographs must be provided showing:
    • The base of the tree.
    • A close-up of the affected area.
    • Any additional photographs requested by Grow Fruit Trees to diagnose the issue.

3. Customer Care Requirements

The following care requirements must have been met by the customer:

  • Trees must have been watered and fed appropriately (neither over- nor under-watered).
  • Pest issues (e.g., aphids) must have been addressed promptly.
  • Pruning must have been performed as required and at the appropriate time.

4. Exclusions

Replacement cannot be offered for damage caused by:

  • Environmental factors beyond Grow Fruit Trees’ control (Acts of God, environmental pests or diseases, soil contamination).
  • Mechanical or accidental damage (e.g., machinery, hand tools, animals, rodents, heavy objects, weight of fruit).

Note: Environmental factors, pests, or disease can only be considered if present in the tree’s rootstock or branch system within 12 months of purchase.

5. Replacement Service

  • If the above conditions are met, Grow Fruit Trees will provide a replacement tree.
  • Monetary refunds are not offered under this policy.

6. Statutory Rights

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
