Colonel Vaughan Apple (Kentish Pippin) - Espalier (1 Tier)

A very old English apple originating from Kent.  Records as early as 1670 list Colonel Vaughan also known by the synonym (amongst others) as "Kentish Pippin".

The white flesh is often stained with red and is firm, crisp and juicy, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity and a subtle flavour of strawberry.
