George Cave Apple - Espalier (1 Tier)

Records indicate that Galloway Pippin originated from Wigtown, Galloway, Scotland circa 1871 but is thought to be much older.  Fruits have firm, crisp, juicy flesh with a rich, flavour.  The apples keep their shape when cooked.  A nice, sharp eater best used in cooking soon after picking.
