George Cave Apple MM111 - Half-Standard

ESTIMATED TO BE READY IN AUTUMN

A useful addition to the orchard to spread the harvest as George Cave crops in early to mid August.  Raised in 1923 in Essex by Mr. George Cave.  Cropping is good but the apples need to be picked and eaten straight away as like many other early varieties, will not store.  The fruit is crisp, juicy and with a nice tart flavour and are of medium size.
