Spartan Apple - Patio (Dwarf) Tree

A Canadian originating apple raised in 1926 in Summerland, British Columbia. A cross from McIntosh x Yellow Newtown Pippin.  Introduced in 1936.  The fruits are attractive, deep scarlet in colour with firm, rich, sweet and juicy flesh that is tasty and refreshing.  The apples are of medium size and the trees are notoriously good croppers that are reliable being grown in the North.
